*Looking at the data, 2023 is the year with the highest demand in terms of the number of documents requested in the first 10 months of the last 11 years.
*The data shared by TTB shows that our physicians are migrating abroad at an increasing rate in recent years. Many physicians who face various negativities, especially poverty, harsh working conditions and violence, prefer to work abroad.
VIOLENCE INCIDENTS IN HEALTH
* Long shift hours, lack of personnel and equipment, workload and economic concerns, especially violence in healthcare, are just some of the reasons for physician migration.
*Incidences of violence in healthcare not only physically and psychologically traumatize the victims of violence and prevent them from providing healthcare services for a certain period of time, they seriously affect the work motivation of all physicians and healthcare professionals and cause consequences that will seriously affect the healthcare services provided in our country in the medium and long term. .
*In order to eliminate the deficiencies in our health system, it is necessary to determine the increase in the migration of our physicians abroad compared to previous years and to accurately determine the reasons for this increase. (PHOENIX)
