A citizen named Recep Balaban, who went to the Etlik City Hospital emergency room with a stomach complaint on September 24, was diagnosed as not an emergency after an x-ray was taken and discharged. Balaban, who returned home, fell ill a few hours later and was taken to the emergency room of the same hospital. Balaban was taken into emergency surgery.
