HPV vaccine, are there any booster shots?

I was born in 1997 and at the age of 14 I had the anti-HPV vaccine. Is there a recall expected later in life?

Dear reader, if you have already completed the vaccination cycle when you were 14 years old, no booster is foreseen. If you have not completed it, however, you can go to a vaccination center to receive the missing doses. In general, I would like to remind you that, according to the current vaccination calendar (2023-2025), the anti-HPV vaccination is recommended and offered actively and free of charge to all girls and boys aged 12 years of age, with a cycle of 2 doses. Once you reach the age of 15, the vaccination cycle is 3 doses. For those who have not been vaccinated in this age group or have not completed the vaccination cycle, vaccination remains free for women up to at least 26 years of age and for men at least up to 18 years of age included.
