At first instance, in April 2022, Denis Agret was sanctioned with “only” a three-year ban on practicing medicine. The National Council of the Order of Physicians already accused him of “breaches of medical ethics”, “anti-mask proselytism”, positions “radically contrary to the recommendations of the health authorities” and “death threats”.

“These are no longer disciplinary chambers but execution chambers! », he reacted this Tuesday on the social network X, adding that he would not go to cassation. “I will not appeal because it is a political sentence, like my 6 months in prison suspended on appeal for 2 years,” he added. This sentence was imposed on him for the threats against the ARS.
