700 employees victims of food poisoning after a Christmas meal: “Be careful with raw foods”


We most often risk what we call a good “liver crisis”. Large meals shared with family, friends or colleagues during the end-of-year holidays are also prime times for what specialists call foodborne illnesses. An investigation was opened to determine the origin of this poisoning, food or viral.
